“After a career in music I returned to painting over 20 years ago. I studied with Laurie Rabson - who was a great influence. I now paint in oils and watercolour and combine the various disciplines in mixed media prints. I exhibit widely in the South East and my work hangs in private collections worldwide.”

“From Tuscany to Tibet” - a group exhibition of works from abroad by Brian George Hanson, Kate Crook and Mick Canning took place at Avery Contemporary Art at the gallery at Merriecroft, Sissinghurst, Kent.  Exhibition ran from Thursday September 11th until Saturday 11th October.
